Then we could call you balloon girl! I know what you mean about picking up Max and walking around with him. Madam is 22kgs and I can't walk far with her at the moment - how the hell did I get around with the 30+ ks I've lost and think that I was sort of doing OK.

You know I was helping my husband load some bags of pool salt the other day.. They weight 25 kilos each and I have lost 22 .. I lifted one and almost hurt myself lol and to think I used to lug almost one those around is astounding!

Just thought of something else that I do...slice up a banana, with a dollop of yoghurt shake some LSA on the yoghurt and drizzle a small amount of honey over everything. Very yummy!!

Bron I have found myself doing the same thing...have no idea why either. I'll make myself a dandelion coffee...hot chocolate sounds heaps nicer though and chew on a few dates...have to be organic as the others taste revolting.

called Diet Nestle Choc mousse.. its a deep rich dark brown and it does NOT taste at all like its diet. Pop that over some fruit (I love the strawberry idea) and theres a healthy yet low cal snack. Congrats on getting down so far! You're doing great.

My weakest time is also when I am alone (when hubby is working and I have put my daughter down for a nap or down for the night).

One snack I like is a diet chocolate mousse over cut up strawberries. It is close to chocolate and strawberries....not quite but close. :-)
